1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnswerPocket, operated by Dumka, a sole proprietorship (toiminimi) registered in Finland. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AnswerPocket is a knowledge management platform that allows organizations to store structured information ("knowledge entries") and query that information using an AI assistant. The AI assistant provides answers based exclusively on the knowledge entries stored by your organization.

3. User Accounts

To use AnswerPocket, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Store sensitive personal data of third parties without proper legal basis

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all knowledge entries and content you upload to AnswerPocket ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use Your Content.

6. AI-Generated Responses

The AI assistant generates responses based on knowledge entries stored by your organization. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors or omissions. You should verify important information independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

7. Intellectual Property

The AnswerPocket service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Dumka and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including consumer protection rights under EU law.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
